On Saturday, BCC Head Coach Walter Shaw reached a historic milestone, securing his 500th career win with the program as the Dolphins defeated CCBC Catonsville 76–63 on the opening day of the BCC Pre-Thanksgiving Classic.
The landmark victory capped a hard-fought, physical contest in which the Dolphins imposed their identity early, building a 38–27 halftime lead. In the second half, BCC showcased the resilience that have defined Shaw's tenure, making key adjustments to widen the gap and close out a signature win. Fitting for such a moment, it was a total team effort as 12 of the 14 Dolphins in uniform scored, led by Alius Bowser with 13 points and Linwood Rowe with 10.
