Dolphins Use Strong Second Half to Power Past Wake Tech 100–64
The Brunswick CC Dolphins Men's Basketball team (24-5) protected their home court once again, extending their home winning streak to 31 straight games with a dominant 100–64 Region 10-D1 victory over Wake Tech CC tonight. The first half was competitive with both teams trading baskets early. Brunswick began to create separation late in the half and carried a 39–30 lead into halftime. Coming out of the break the Dolphins completely took control. A decisive 21–2 run to open the second half blew the game wide open and Brunswick never looked back maintaining command the rest of the way. The Dolphins showcased their depth offensively as 13 players scored in the win. Linwood Rowe led the way with 15 points followed by Alius Bowser with 14. Darius Kane and Jamie Brooks each added 11 points while Viktor Alao and Prashant Hill chipped in 10 points apiece Brunswick will close out the regular season Sunday at 3 PM at home against Denmark Technical College. #BccNextChanceU
